Registration/注册费用

PEIE organizing committee continues to closely monitor this dynamic situation and will provide updates with any developments. It will be proposed to be organized as online conference, if travel restrictions due to the epidemic.

会务组会密切关注新冠疫情，如举办地出现有新冠疫情的案例，会议将以线上方式进行；如现场会议照常举办，会务组会及时告知会议场地信息。

Refund Policy/退款条款:

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund 
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund 
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* The losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Property Safety:

For your property safety, please take good care of your belongings, and valuables should be depositted to the front desk during the conference. If things lost, the conference organizer shall not be responsible for yours!

Note:

› PEIE enforces a "no show" policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author or qualified proxy attend and present the paper at the conference. For poster sessions, if the speaker is not present in front of the poster for most of the time during the poster session, this implies "no show".
› The paper is limited within 5 pages. Additional page will be charged 70 USD per page. 超过5页的文章将收取超页费70美金或是500人民币/页。 
› Registration rates include access to the full PEIE conference, welcome reception, conference dinner, and conference breaks.
Listener registration: please download Registration Form here and contact the conference secretary.
Accommodation is not included in registration fee, the delegates need reserve rooms themselves,we advise you reserve rooms as early as you can. 会议注册费不包含会议住宿，会务组建议作者尽早预定。
